About Stan Carr

Having dedicated my life to helping people, I came to the Real Estate business after 35 years as an active ordained minister and pastor.  With that I bring my passion to help people find the best answer for what they are looking to accomplish. I am always ready to listen and assist you.

When not at work, I love spending time with my wife of 43 years, Debi.  We take great pleasure and pride in our four children and 10 grandchildren and love our life here in Sugarmill Woods.

I am a Rotary Paul Harris Fellow and a Rotary Club Past President.  My wife and I are credentialed Marriage Enrichment Leaders and Spiritual Life Coaches.  I am also an Adjunct Faculty Member of the Jack McDowell School for Leadership Development in Atlanta specializing in Spiritual Legacy.  I have vast experience in Disaster Response having served on disaster leadership teams for 911, Hurricane Katrina, Moore Oklahoma Tornadoes to name just a few. I have always been dedicated to helping people.

    Home Buyers

    We cannot say enough good things about Stan! He is so much more than an “agent”. We were looking to relocate from NH to FL. A move like that can be stressful and there are a lot of details that need to be attended to. Stan listened to us, found exactly what we were looking, had recommendations for all kinds of things that we needed and made us feel like family through the whole process. He even watched our new home for us until we could tie up our loose ends in NH prior to being able to move here. A great agent, easy to work with and a very kind man. We were so lucky to meet him and have him help us navigate the purchase of a home that we are so very happy to be living in! We would recommend Stan to anybody looking to buy or sell a home in Florida!
