About Paul Spaulding

I was born in Clearwater and raised in Hernando County. However, for the last 26 years I have lived in 8 states and 3 countries while serving in the United States Marine Corps where my priority was getting the job done in even some of the most arduous situations and battlefields. During that time, I have personally bought and sold 6 of my very own homes in all of those 8 states and I understand the excitement and stress of such a life changing purchase or sale. I also understand the stress associated with relocation and all that is involved with that process. This is one of the many reasons why I chose to pursue a career in real estate and share that experience with others looking to list or purchase their home. I know what it takes to get the job done and I will make your real estate experience my priority.

Paul has his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland University College in management as well as 26 years of active duty military experience. Paul enjoys fishing, boating, and coaching baseball. He has 3 children and is married to Matina who is also a retired Marine and is his real estate partner. Paul and his family now reside in Oak Village of Sugarmill Woods.
