About Marilyn Bush

I was born in Memphis, Tennessee, my family relocated to Perry, Florida when I was 4 years old. I loved growing up in a small town and cherish those memories and friendships. After graduating high school, I attended Santa Fe College and completed my degree in Elementary Education at the University of Florida. My husband, Tom, and I are big Gator fans and enjoy attending Gator sporting events, especially Gator football games! We have three grown children, 2 sons and a daughter, a son-in-law and grandson.  We also have two four-legged children, Yorkies, Tebow & Cooper. I love spending time with family and friends and meeting new people. Tom and I moved to Crystal River in 2021 and love being close to the water and the small town atmosphere!

My experience growing up in a small town has instilled in me important values that I carry today.  Those include integrity, respect, responsibility, honesty, loyalty, and perseverance, As a REALTOR®, I choose to bring these values to every real estate transaction, with every customer.

I have over 24 years of sales experience and I am currently in my 18th year of practicing real estate, 17 in Gainesville, FL, and look forward to serving customers in Citrus and surrounding counties.  I feel it is a privilege to help each buyer and seller achieve their real estate goals and I work to make every transaction as seamless and stress-free as possible.
