Tenants
Seasonal/Vacation rentals are all-inclusive. These rentals are fully furnished with house wares and lines. They also included utilities, lawn care and pool care (if applicable). The utilities include water, sewer, local phone calls (a card for long distance) and cable. Seasonal/Vacation homes lease anywhere from $1400 to $2,300 per month. Long-Term Rentals
Houses can be rented for a six months, plus one day to one year with options to renew. Generally, the tenants pay for all the utilities. Rental rates can vary from $750.00 per month to $1,500 per month. For a complete list of Long Term Rentals please click here!
